Pour accompagner notre client dans le secteur de l’Asset Management nous recherchons un PROJECT MANAGER REGULATORY REPORTING H/F

Vos missions

Contexte :

The consultant will intervene inside IT Departments to manage a new project of deployment of a new Regulatory Reporting tool for group activities in Paris.
The consultant will be a Project Manager and will first setup the new project and lead implementation throughout 2023 and 2024.
He/she will design the project team using the existing resources available and ask for additional staffing if necessary. He/she will be responsible to setup an appropriate governance, planning and budget and steer the project to meet the business expectation.
He/she will report to the head of IT Regulatory Reporting in Frankfurt and to the project governance including the responsible of Regulatory Reporting within Finance deparment in Paris

Missions :

  • Facing the business contacts / end-users in Paris Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representative
    • Rationalization of business case, formalization of rational and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management 
    • Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target functionnal architecture Manage the governance committees (English), workshop… 
    • Manage Incident process: qualification, functionnal analysis,
    • He/she will design the project team using the existing resources available and ask for additional staffing if necessary.
    • He/she will be responsible to setup an appropriate governance, planning and budget and steer the project to meet the business expectation.
    • He/she will report to the head of IT Regulatory Reporting in Frankfurt and to the project governance including the responsible of Regulatory Reporting within Finance deparment in Paris
    • Manage change requests in accordance with the service budget and framework
    • Facing the developer team in Frankfurt, Tunisia and Paris
    • Write detailed functional specifications
    • Provide functional support to developers
    • Facing the Head of IT Regulatory Reporting in Frankfurt

      Profil :

      Graduate of an engineering school or Master’s degree in IT Functional knowledge of Finance Regulatory Reporting Functional knowledge of Risk Controlling Basics of financial instruments : 

      Equities, Fixed Income Functional and knowledge of Abacus 360 Technical knowledge on Talend and MSSQL developments Fluent English, essential
