Pour accompagner notre client dans le secteur de l’Asset Management nous recherchons un MARKET AND COUNTERPARTY RISK BUSINESS ANALYST H/F

Vos missions

Contexte :

The consultant will intervene inside IT Departments to support ongoing projects. Current roadmap aims at building a dedicated Risk Management Report tool, covering Counterparty Risk and Market Risk.

The consultant will be the Lead Business Analyst, managing the delivery and quality of service and coordinating IT ressources to meet business requirements. 

Such resources will be: a Business Analyst, Development team (2-3x), other Application management teams, other business departments (front-office, back office).

Missions :

  • Facing the business contacts / end-users in Paris Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representative 
  • Rationalization of business case, formalization of rational and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management 
  • Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target functionnal architecture Manage the governance committees (French, English), workshop… 
  • Design the features (UI / logic / data)
  • Manage Incident process: qualification, functionnal analysis, coordination, resolution plan
  • Manage change requests in accordance with the service budget and framework
  • Design Workbreakdown structure, planning and budget management
  • Steer the project, manage resources, budget, timelline
  • Facing the developer team in Tunisia
  • Write detailed functional specifications
  • Provide functional support to developers
  • Acceptance and validation of functionalities
  • Facing the Head of IT Risk in Germany
  • Project and progress reporting
  • Reporting of alerts, risks and proposed solutions

Profil :

  • Graduate of an engineering school or Master’s degree in IT Functional knowledge of Counterparty Risk Management (Fixed Income products)   
  • Functional knowledge of Market Risk Management (VaR) Basics of financial instruments : 
    • Equities
    • Fixed Income 
    • Fluent English essential
